Before Your Appointment

Remove accessories & prep your hair

Take out any beads, barrettes, or bows before arrival (especially for children’s services). Make sure your crown is free of unnecessary accessories so your takedown can start smoothly.

Use Sulfate-Free Products

Gentle, sulfate-free shampoos preserve color and reduce scalp irritation.

Detangle as much as possible

Excessive matting or tangling can lead to extra fees and longer service times. Lightly finger-detangle or separate sections to avoid extra charges.

Arrive on time

There’s a 15-minute grace period for lateness, after which appointments must be rescheduled. Also, no extra guests are allowed—this keeps the space calm and focused on your crown.
